• Make sure to eat something light an hour or two before arriving
• Try to avoid the intake of caffeine or pain medications
• Wear loose fitting clothes
• Bring a list of medications you are taking

*Group Treatments
30-45 minute treatment, shared space $30.00

We accept checks or cash and most insurance plans. Please download the "insurance" forms on top of the page and bring in the paperwork filled out.

We do offer a "sliding fee" scale for those who qualify.
